My Book 

This is my first book based on my PhD thesis. Currently is available in stores translated only in Romanian language.

 

It comprises empirical research on the effective tax rate (EITR) of listed companies from the USA (NASDAQ, S&P500), emerging European markets, and Nikkei from Japan. An important fact is that included an entire chapter about the corporate governance and topics related to tax avoidance, political power and other interesting findings.

The research is based on data from Bloomberg and Reuters platforms and uses econometrics to analyze correlations with multiple methods and methodologies.
