Corporate Governance Article

On July 25, 2015, I published my first scientific article in a journal indexed in databases recognized internationally. The name of the journal is International Business Research from Canada and my publication title is "Does Corporate Governance Influences Corporate Financial Performance? Empirical Evidences for the Companies Listed on US Markets". The article was written together with Prof. PhD. Georgeta Vintilă and PhD student Ştefan Cristian Ghergina.
